From the other point of view: if you look at LERX of real plane, you discover that it's back side is little dropped up, which ensures autostabilization of profile and whole plane (as like as little shifting up of elevons at delta planes). Remember, that Sukhoi is kind of hybrid between delta and normal concepted plane. To achieve the same thing at our planes, you have to keep this:
for level flight trim up elevator about 0,5 cm upwards. That's all. Save your effort with shifting weight center and keeping elevator in zero level, the plane loose flight accuracy. Things must be this way. Sometimes we are noticed by "devoted" people or they wonder on this fact. Nobody wonder the same at delta planes or all-wing planes.
Note at the end: of course, you can stick whole elevator lightly shifted up (leading edge down), or increase angel of attack of wing respectively LERX. But be careful, you couldn't put leading edge of elevator into wing affect possition. Other way is drop up back side of LERX during sticking, but effect is the same as trim elevator little upwards. By our means, trim elevator is most simpliest way.
